Can’t say anything but wonderful things about the customer service I recieved by this company. The owner of this company personally runs his customer service number so any questions regarding the products will be answered by him. Unfortunately we have small dimensions in our house and needed assistance in narrowing down which product would fit in our house and he went above and beyond to help us. The chandelier has yet to be installed but out of the box they are beautiful and better than anything we would’ve found in the US. Definitely buy from this Turkish company, you are getting your moneys worth!
