Everything arrived quickly, and was well packaged. Make no mistake, these are handmade items, so there may be some adjustments you need to make. I had to slightly change some of the chain links at the top to get it to hang more or less level. 8 also had one socket whose wire was slightly loose at the top connector where the wires come together. But it's not anything the average semi-handy person or installer can't handle. And the end result is spectacularly pretty.
A couple of tips: the diameter on the piece that sits against the ceiling is 4.75" (12.07cm), so if your ceiling opening is larger than that you will need to cover it with a medallion or other trim piece. Be careful inserting the spring loaded wire clips into the globes; the springs are very strong, and I had one spring back before it was completely inserted, shattering the LED bulb. Luckily it didn't make me drop the glass globe itself!
A truly beautiful piece. Take your time, and you'll be very pleased.
