I was in Turkey many years ago and returned with a lamp set, similar to my purchase. While the workmanship might not be of the highest level they are definitely hand made and I anticipate them looking beautiful hanging. Customer service was excellent, got to pick specific globes from a wide variety, lamps shipped quickly, were well packed and they even threw in an extra to allow for breakage i assume. Brass fixtures appear well made and have a clear coat on them to prevent tarnishing. Overall very pleased with my purchase and experience and for the price it is a great value. Thanks - David

This was a very positive experience! We ordered on a Saturday. Sahin contacted me the next day to confirm a few questions about my order and to select some back up globes. We were shocked when the package arrived 3 days later! We were so excited!
We replaced the hallway light and the entrance hall light. One in a stairwell and the other with 20 foot ceilings. It took us a while and we made some small modifications by painting our old ceiling cover to conceal all of the electrical components. It was worth the wait.

This is our second turkish chandelier. The first one bought in Turkey many years ago eventually had problems and so we replaced it with yours. We love the style and the value glass. I had two problems with installation. The nipple size is slightly smaller than for a north American bracket. If you included the bracket that would have helped. Second, the bulbs we could order were too long for your bottom piece so we used the old bottom pieces from our original chandelier. Please suggest the correct bulbs you can buy on Amazon for your pieces. The shipment time was amazing and overall we are very happy.

Everything arrived quickly, and was well packaged. Make no mistake, these are handmade items, so there may be some adjustments you need to make. I had to slightly change some of the chain links at the top to get it to hang more or less level. 8 also had one socket whose wire was slightly loose at the top connector where the wires come together. But it's not anything the average semi-handy person or installer can't handle. And the end result is spectacularly pretty.
A couple of tips: the diameter on the piece that sits against the ceiling is 4.75" (12.07cm), so if your ceiling opening is larger than that you will need to cover it with a medallion or other trim piece. Be careful inserting the spring loaded wire clips into the globes; the springs are very strong, and I had one spring back before it was completely inserted, shattering the LED bulb. Luckily it didn't make me drop the glass globe itself!
A truly beautiful piece. Take your time, and you'll be very pleased.
