The owner of this company personally runs his customer service number so any questions regarding the products will be answered by him. Unfortunately we have small dimensions in our house and needed assistance in narrowing down which product would fit in our house and he went above and beyond to help us. The chandelier has yet to be installed but out of the box they are beautiful and better than anything we would’ve found in the US. The lamps are beautiful, they have very nice colours. I haven't installed them yet. It will be in my new house next summer. I will send you photos then.

When we first unpacked them we thought that we got the wrong lamps because they looked different than the pics on the website. Then we shone a flash light into one of them and the look and colors we were expecting were there even more beautiful than the pics.
When installing we ran into an issue with the canopy being the same diameter or slightly smaller than the 4 inches (diametrically) octagonal boxes in the ceiling (standard in the USA).
When the online search for chandelier parts came up empty, we emailed Sahin Bulut at Turkish Lights and he was able to help us with same design canopies that were much larger than the original.
At first we thought that the larger canopies might overwhelm the lamps themselves but after installing them, we think that they actually enhance the lamps beauty rather than detract from them.
We supplied the pictures for anyone that may be interested in seeing what they look like.
Overall, the product looks and quality exceeded our expectations, the helpful response and fast turnaround time from Turkish Lights, were excellent in getting our mechanical issue resolved.
We would definitely be a customer again.
